Was just wondering if anyone here has had this problem and what their experience was. Im just getting really discouraged now after having constant pain for months and not being able to even to a ???real??? workout. Here???s what I???ve been doing:
Dips- 4x Failure
Pull Up- 4x Failure
Seated DB Curl- 4x8
Is there anything else I can do that wouldn???t put stress on my back?
