ive been bulking for some time and am on my deload week at the minute, ive always been very skinny, during my bulk (about 4 months) ive put on approx a stone and a quarter, the majority of this has been muscle but ive recently measured my waist and its gone up as well its now at 33" before i started id guess it was about 31", im still wearing 32" trousers and they are no tighter at all the fat has gone on above wear my trousers sit, i know its not huge but it bothers me as im used to carrying very little fat, do i keep bulking for a while or do a month of cutting? im 5'10" and about 11 and a half stone now.
