I've always been a skinny person, when i decided that i wanted to seriously look into training and changing my body i was 6'1 157 pounds. I'm currently 174. Although i've never really had great abs, now there isn't any semblance of them. I also know that abs come from mostly diet, and though i'm eating more than i ever did, i'm also eating infinitely more healthier. An average meal for me is:
1. cup of brown rice, can of tuna, serving of chick peas, tablespoon of olive oil
2. cup of cottage cheese, some pineapple, turkey sandwich on wheat bread, fish oil tabs.
3. protein shake- cup of oatmeal, 1.5 scoop of ON protein, 1 banana, serving of peanut butter, skim milk.

things like that, i've cut out all unncessary sugars, white bread etc. So my question is how to i get to my goal of 190 pounds and beable to have a good stomach?? thanks

Just eating 'healthy' does not mean you will automatically have great abs... You need to have a low BF% - and that means dieting (that is, eating lower calories than you require so your body burns fat).

What you will probably need to do is slowly increase your total weight (which will involve eating above maintainence at a level that will result in growth without too much additional fat storage) and get to few pounds above 190... Then diet back down - that way you will then be at 190 and at a lower BF and your abs will come through.

Yeah, like Emma said, eating healthy is great but you still need to be in a negative energy balance to lose weight. Most people simply lose weight by cleaning up their diet because they inadvertently cut out a lot of calories by forming healthier eating habits, and they often boost their metabolisms for the same reason.

Also, I just wanted to not that your meals look pretty darned good. They are very reasonable and contain a decent balance of the various macros; you are well on your way to achieving your physique goals. One thing though... eat some veggies too!
