In august of 05 I weighed 155, currently I am at 175, I would like to get to 190 by late march or april. My problem is I started eating alot, and I cant get off of 175 to save my life. Any input as to what other foods I should add or take out. I dont care about what weight I gain because I plan to cut once I get to 190-200
Pre-Breakfast:
Protein shake GNC 100 whey
Morning:
2 eggs
4 pieces of toast
2 cups of Skim Milk
450 calorie muffin
Snack:
Creatine-Creadrive
Soup
Lunch:
Fast Food
Protein
Workout
Snack:
Cup of Trail Mix
Meal replacment bar-Met rx Big 100
Dinner:
Steak/Chicken/Pizza
Veggies
Cookies or Brownies
Creatine
late night:

cereal and Milk or
two peanut butter Sandwichs
