Bulking Up

In august of 05 I weighed 155, currently I am at 175, I would like to get to 190 by late march or april. My problem is I started eating alot, and I cant get off of 175 to save my life. Any input as to what other foods I should add or take out. I dont care about what weight I gain because I plan to cut once I get to 190-200


Pre-Breakfast:
Protein shake GNC 100 whey

Morning:
2 eggs
4 pieces of toast
2 cups of Skim Milk
450 calorie muffin

Snack:
Creatine-Creadrive
Soup

Lunch:
Fast Food
Protein
Workout

Snack:
Cup of Trail Mix
Meal replacment bar-Met rx Big 100

Dinner:
Steak/Chicken/Pizza
Veggies
Cookies or Brownies
Creatine

late night:
Protein shake
cereal and Milk or
two peanut butter Sandwichs
 
Why do you want to get fat??
 
I feel it will be easier to shape my body that way. I still workout when I am on this diet. You need food to gain muscle, for me if I go to sleep I will lose three pounds. Thats why I need to work double but it seems 175 is the wall.
 
I went from 167 and a 31 waist to 215 and a 31 waist.....never gained any fat....It took 4 years. I would never bulk.
 
Yah, I have no intention of looking like a slob. I mantain my 32 waist, and keep the beer belly away. Just my problem is on days I workout I lose alot of weight because of my metabolism. I dont know if my metabolism is faster now I gainedd some weight or what.
 
if you're not gaining, continue to increase your calories by 10% every two weeks or so.
 
I don't see any oats on the list. That's a good way to add in some dense food without the fat.
 
Try
1-2g protein per lb
2-4g carbs per lb
around 80g fats or more, ( good fats)
.66-.8 ounces water per lb. (115-140 ounces)
