Hey Guys,

I have been chugging milk like a baby for my whole life.

I read alot of anti-dairy articles/text/posts etc.

My question is, aside from supplements, where can I get my calcium intake for the day?

Or is supplements the only way if excluding dairy from the diet?

There's nothing wrong with dairy. Humans have been drinking milk and eating cheese and yogurt for thousands of years. Milk is also one of the best things for bodybuilders.

The problem is overly processed dairy "product" like we have in the USA - sliced American cheese (that yellow stuff on burgers), cheese wizz, cheese "sauce", and any other cheesy kind of topping/filling is all incredibly unnatural and what's killing everyone.

However, things like greek and middle eastern yogurt, ACTUAL cheddar cheese (not a slice of Kraft, I mean real cheese), and whole milk (or 2% if you're cutting) are great.

Figs, sardines and curly kale are good sources.

Or just cheese and yogurt.

Thanks for the advice guys.

Yea I don't eat "fake" cheese.
I buy the cheddar wedges.
And I drink whole milk usually.

Though sometimes I worry about the homogenization of the fat...So i drink skim.

Cheers.

im not a distributer or selling anything but i use Shaklee vitamins, and their calcium is awesome

im lactose intolerant, so i get most my calcium from almond milk, very good flavor and healthier than regular milk. Just get the vanilla flavor its much better than the regular.

Tums. Green vegetables. Some meats have a little.

My diet is whole eggs, ham, bacon, cheese (only 1 ounce a day), and sausage...beef, beef, and more beef... green vegetables with 3 of my daily meals...

My labs, my vitamin levels, my electrolytes (calcium, sodium, postassium, and magnesium)...ALL PERFECT. Doc thought i was nuts when I started doing this 8 years ago...but now refers many of her patients to me to help them get healthier hearts and so far...100% success rate for those who stick with it.

Also my "diet" and couldn't be better imo.

Whole foods ftw.

One more thing about dairy though. Sorry, I neglected to mention it in my first post. Although I avoid it because it's crippling for me, blood glucose issues, easy fat gains, and CNS dysfunction when I use it too often. For some, milk is the greatest stuff in the world, for others, it's just not so good. If you have problems with it or from it, then don't use it... but if you tolerate it well and don't get problems, by all means you should be using it.

Why?
>Good protein to carb ratio for excellent utilization of the protein.
>The fats in milk are actually good for you.
>Lots of great physiques have been built over the years using gallons of whole milk.
