Caloric intake and adjustments for cardio.

Hi all,

Currently cutting.
196lbs
6.1'
27 yrs.
BF 17%

My daily Caloric intake is 2500 Cals.

Today I did cardio and the machine told me I burned 300 Cals.

Question:

Should my Caloric intake be 2500 + X where X is how much cardio I've done, or just be 2500 and any cardio on top helps me lose fat...?

The point of cardio is to loose fat, so no don't add those calories on there.
 
I wouldn't go any lower than where you are at now. stick with that for a while and see how the fat loss goes.
 
you may want to overfeed for 2 weeks to get your metabolism back up
