monday-chest biceps cooldown stairs 10 mins
tuesday-run 2-3 miles
wednesday-abs and legs
thursday-back triceps then cooldown stairs 10 mins
friday swim 1500 yards
saturday shoulders and traps
sunday interval running
repeat
my workout is about 80 minutes, I do 20 sets for chest and back and 12 sets for biceps and triceps.
