can putting your protein powder in a blender ruin it?

I wouldn't see how it could but I was told today that it could, but I don't believe it.

I don't believe so. I just think of it like, when the stuff is being processed it is probably being tossed around in cylinders for hours. Plus when it is packaged and shipped it gets tossed around alot. Just my logic.
 
yeah i ahve actually heard that as well, something that whey protein is fragile and should be stirred or something.
 
hahahaha lololololol, if you have to time then whey blended with milk/ water and ice tastes amazin, ooo any add fruit too mmmmmmm
 
If you're that worried about it then you better buy a cow and suck the milk from it tits directly cause who knows how much damage can be done when the milk splashes into a bucket or is exposed to air or light.
