I was told just the other day that my body can only take up to 30 grams of protein at a time...i take weight gainer and one scoop is 45 grams!..i would normally put two scoops of that but now im only doin one? Is this true what i heard..?Another q. i bought cex a new type of creatine...it taste like shit
like batery acid!..is it ok to mix it with my protein shake????or no? if not what should i mix it with any good idea's out there? well i hope some one answers my questions b.c since i put my first one no1 wants to respond to me cuz im a newb i guess ?
