CAn your body only get so much protein at a time?

I was told just the other day that my body can only take up to 30 grams of protein at a time...i take weight gainer and one scoop is 45 grams!..i would normally put two scoops of that but now im only doin one? Is this true what i heard..?Another q. i bought cex a new type of creatine...it taste like shit :cry: like batery acid!..is it ok to mix it with my protein shake????or no? if not what should i mix it with any good idea's out there? well i hope some one answers my questions b.c since i put my first one no1 wants to respond to me cuz im a newb i guess ?:(
 
I heard you can absorb around 50g at a time.

About the creatine with your protein, i do it. I believe Glutamine and protein are the 2, that should not be mixed together.

Im not sure about this Cex stuff. I think its made by VPX, right? Do a search

who ever told you the body can only take 30 grams of protein at a time, doesn't know jack about human biology...

Your body can takin in about 40g of protein every 2 hours
 
K and do any of u mix your creatine with your protein shake?
 
I've always heard between 40 and 50 grams. So, between 40 and 50 grams.
Wouldn't it depend on the person?
