I know guys that have, it varies depending on what it was.
Powder would probably lead to the most potential issues, but for a few vials or tabs the most I've heard of happening is a letter from customs asking the person to claim the package if they still want it..... There was some kind of a "handling" fee that was tacked on by customs too lol.
I heard that customs is aware of most shippers requiring a letter to re-ship , so just as often now there is no letter in case of seizure.

I dunno, its on the books that you could get like a year for importing, but if you look at the cases they hardly ever prosecute it.... Posession is legal after all, just buying, selling, manufacturing, and importing is illegal.
I have seen where powder being found has set off a bigger investigation though, and lead to pretty heavy jail time ( by Canadian standards lol ).

I ordered 2 weeks ago from CEM and got it last week no troubles

If your gear is seized you will receive a lovely letter from customs, that's it,
I received total of 5 of those lovely letters, lol


( 1 guy i know from my town after 7 seizure notices received a mail from RCMP saying if he keeps ordering illegal substances through mail they will have to take action.)

Ive got three or so seized and one letter. They dont always send a letter.

They took 20 amps from me few monts ago. I got a letter what said what kind of law I broke and if I want contact them and I can pick it up.That was it.
I did not do anything.My next order I got it right.
