Has anyoneheard anything about it or tried it? It sounds like people have had good results with it, but the diet seems dirty to me.. i'm skeptical about it.

Carb back-loading?

Ah, I see. Loading up after a workout. Martin Berkhan does basically this under his intermittent fasting paradigm. So does Lyle Mcdonald with UD2.0.

I've been doing it for the past month now. It's definitely against the grain. I don't follow it exactly because I eat more than 1.0-1.3 grams of protein per lb per day which was what's recommended under the program, I eat closer to 1.75-2.0 grams per lb per day. My strength has not dropped, my bodyfat has dropped 2.6 % and my weight is 1.5 lbs heavier then when I started. I'm currently eating 4100-4400 calories per day and eating 315-345 grams of protein per day at 185 lbs. The issue that I have is my schedule is pretty full with my job so I workout later than 7 p.m. but go to bed at 1-2 a.m. most nights. It works for me but I eat alot of calories pretty close to bedtime which doesn't effect my energy throughout the day or workout intensity. I just wish the program would be listed somewhere in full detail so you know exactly what's recommended to eat and how much. I have guessed for the most part on quantities and just eat until I can't anymore.. pretty good system...lol. I would advise staying away from fatty sugar stuff like cheesecakes, ice cream and cookies but stick to pastries. That's my opinion, if anyone else has more experience and a better system, I'd love to hear that too..

just saw muscle and fitness did an article on it.... ha.... but anyways, they had a lot of information on it and an actual meals laid out for the whole day. it was pretty neat. but thanks for the responses.
