hey guys i have a quick question involving what to eat the two hours before pre-judging...
ive been doing keto for 12+ weeks, im not messing with my sodium, and i was planning on having pancakes with a cup of syrup. would that be too heavy or bloat me? i am pretty carb sensitive and its my first contest so i want to do it right.

Then pancakes and syrup would probably not be the best choice.
 
Why not, superlift?

To the OP - investigate "shitloading" - you might find a small greasy cheeseburger with fries, salt, and ketchup with a regular Coke works a charm.
