OK, do we really have to keep track on the type of carbs we eat base on their GI? Cause quite frankly I'm kinda sick of eating those 'quality' carbs anymore like brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potato, etc and the moment I think of having to combine them with the typical tasteless chicken breast just makes me dull.
So do we really have to stick with those quality carbs and try not to consume tastier, but so-call 'less effective' carbs like white rice, white bread, white potatoes, etc? Or can a person gain equally impressive results regardless of what kinda carbs he eat as long as he controls the fat intake?
