Cardio and weight lifting change

Hi guys, i train mon tru thurs and fri .... What i want to know is it ok to go in on weds and sat to do cardio and abbs? Il also be doin it on mon and fri is this 2 much? Thanks
 
Read the stickies and do some homework bro. If you don't make a proper training routine with sets and reps shown, nobody can help you because we don't know what are you doing!!

Mon i do abbs and carfio chest and tri.

Trus i do back and arms

Weds. Abbs cardio

Thurs. Shoulders

Friday abbs cardio and legs

Is this 2 much?
 
Too much for what? If you are trying to achieve better looking abs, no. If you are trying to lose weight, no. If you are trying to gain weight, yes, its too much. Have more rest days and less cardio.

Read the journals of some of these guys here to give you an idea what a good routine looks like. Find one that suites what you are trying to achieve and go from there.
 
Oh ok bro. Whats my goal? I wsnt to put on good lean muscle i do train hard and know what im doing for the most part i just want to be massive lol
 
Also i am more bulky then lean i aint fat at all but just mass/bulky if i tence my arms it looks more mass tgen mucle i aint realyy got any lean muscle so if i do this will i llose muscle? Because id like to gain lean muscle thanks alot guys
 
Let me start with, no one is here to judge. We will all be more than happy to help you reach your goals. You posts are a little bit all over the place. Instead of rapid firing off a bunch of half thought out posts, compile as much info as possible. Personal stats(age, height, weight, and bodyfat), lifting or excersise experience, diet, and with the workout schedule listed above what exact excersises are you doing for each muscle and what is your cardio and how long.
People will make suggestion but don't take them the wrong way. It is all in a effort to help you out. If questions get ask just answer them as clear and consise as possible.

I train

Mon. Cardio and abbs 20 mins then chest and tri.

Trus back and arms

Weds day off

Thurs abbs and shoulders

Friday cardio abbs and legs

Sat day off sun day off

Diet

840am shake

9am 5 eggs and 2 weetabix

12pm patsa and tunna

2pm gym till 330pm then shak

5pm 2 chicken fillest and veg with brown bred

8pm steak

10pm cottage cheese with beans ( nasty )

11pm shake


Also frut and mutivits abd fish oil ... Also thinking of getting creatine ...

Is this ok? Thanks
