duece said:get stronger but not get a big waist line. i lost a lot of weight when from 360ish to 212 now am about 230 to 235. and much stronger than i was at 212 but not strong enough OK with my size 36 jeans but don't wont to get bigger in the waist line and prefer to go back to my 34s. eat a clean diet lots of chix tuna and shakes veggies whole grain carbs vary little sugar and vary vary low fat. but take a flax oil sup. to help that out. i eat 275 to grams prot a day about 3100 cals
I think he just means days when he is not lifting.
