Cardio Question

What kinda cardio is best? it seems heavy's and superheavy's like to chill on the bikes, mid's and light heavy's tend to truck it out on the treadmill, while soccermom's and rec's like the ellipticals. any truth or merit to this observation? do ya have a favorite? does one machine get the heart pumpin more than others?

I prefer to run outside or on a treadmill (raise the incline a little since you have no wind resistance) if I'm going to do cardio.. ellipticals are nicer on the joints though
 
i did ellipticals for 2 months and they get super boring.

it depends how intense you excercise on each machine.
 
What do you want to do it for?

If it is to improve your marathon performance, I'd go with jogging.
