ok i know that while gaining mass the ammount of cardio you do is supposed to be very limited.
But with the rugby season fast approaching i need to start getting to a reasonable level of fitness. So am gonna start running at least 3 times per week arounud 3-4 mile per run.
However i am currently trying to add a bit mass and realise that this would hamper my gains
What could i do to mininmise the loss of gains.
Less cardio is not an option.
