Looks ok, you might mix up the reps a bit more

do weighted dips be4 the skull crushers and make the dips 3 sets

take out the dumbbell incline curls and add in 3 sets of CG underhand pulldowns be4 barbell curls
and its good

Add a few triples and doubles into your routine.

I'd make sure I have a someone to spot me on a double, though.

Try doing one body part per day and cycle your lifting exercises every three weeks. This will shock you body and it will not be able to easily adapt to it. Click on my link and you will see what I am talking about.

Its good that ur doing some of ur exercises in low reps (1-5). Its known as GTG and is the best and fastest way ot build strength. Try doing more exercises in 4 reps though.

ok thanks for all of the imput everyone, will definetly use it...i have another question...i bought some whey protein powder. is this enough for what my workout is? i'm 18 years old if that matters. if this isn't enough what should i add to my diet?

how about the protein stuff? is teh whey powder sufficient? if not, what else should i take?

A diet is very important. Try to take your recommended daily protein intake (1 gram per pound of your body weight) with food and supplement. Try to stick to tuna, chicken, and turkey. You can also get protein from soybean but unless you are interested in growing boobs, I wouldn't recommend soybean (too much estrogen). I would always buy a lot of chicken breast (boneless/skinnless) and have that as many time a day as I could. I would also split the intake of protein with my supplement "Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Whey." Best stuff ever, tastes just like a smoothy.

yeah it's the best supplement ever i tried the double chocolate flavour ,, tastes gr8 ,,it's also not too expensive.:rocker: disolves well too never sticks in the glass like most of the supplements

Another suggestion of adding protein to your diet. I would mix my whey protein with some frozen jogurt, fat free chocate syrup, half of a banana, and some ice. Depending on how full you want to get from the shake add the entire banana if you want. I would also experiment with other mixtures but that was the one that I liked the most because it was low in fat and calories and it would taste like a fatty shake.

Has anyone out their been using all natural ways to intake protein. This summer I an trying to cut down and I don't to try to stick whole foods. I was going to experiment with dehydrating tuna to create tuna jerky. I like tuna, but you get so damn tired of eating the same stuff everyday. I would go through four cans of tuna a day to get my daily intake. I would also get protein from other stuff but tuna is loaded with omega 3 fatty acids which is great for the body and also great for fat lose.
