Changing routine, need advice.

Hi,

I have been doing a full body routine for about a year and am wanting to change to a split routine, preferably a 3-day one. My question is, what is the best way to do a 3-day split? ie. what body parts on what days.

Chest/Shoulders
Although the order is different, my split is the same.

Monday: Chest, Shoulders
Tuesday: Back, Traps
Thursday: Arms
Friday: Legs
 
i do a 3 days split:
monday: chest/biceps/shoulder
wednesday: back/triceps
friday: legs
 
Mine is as follows:

Sat - chest/biceps/triceps

Tues - Legs/abs

Thurs - Shoulders/Back

I do calves 3 times a week too.
