Cranberry juice is something else you wanna drink alot of, in fact you could go to the drug store and buy some cranberry pills and pop a few of those a day while you are at it. Stop smokin asap, the longer you have gone without, the better. You pretty much want to sweat the shit out of your system. the lower your BF, the more likely you are to pass.
