Hi all,
I have posted once or twice before but here i am again.
I would like some help with my diet, which is a lot of what contributes to getting those amazing abs.
Basic Profile:
Age:15
Height: 174cm - 5'9?
Weight: 57kg
Build: Slim
I have a very slim build that comes with my genes and am lean throughout most of my body, apart from my abs where there is fat!
Basic Diet for weekday:
Fruit Juice
Breakfast- cereal(all bran..)
Lunch- 2 sandwiches(peanut butter, ham- not on the same sandwich!), small chocolate, apple, chicken, raisins, crisps
Water throughout day
Dinner- whatever-(pasta,pie,.......etc.)
Ice cream, choc?
Junk food through day!

Thats very basically my diet on a weekday.
Please can you give me all adivce on ways to lose that fat, maybe help with diet or tell me what exercises are good for getting those abs.
Can you please be very specific, eg. dont just say healthy snack- name a few.
All help will be very much appreciated.
