Ok i worked out triceps hard this morning. I went to do a short chest workout due to time. Figured out I would start a few pounds lighter on the dumbells than I usually do. Come to find out it should have been a FEW MORE pounds lighter. I got the press up about half way and then my tris gave out and down come the DB on to my chest. So I really didnt even get a good chest workout in. Never again will I do a workout that way!!!!!!!
