Chest problems = prexhaust???

My chest just plain sucks compared to the rest of my physique.
Everything else looks great, except my chest.
I noticed when i do my press movements, my triceps take over the movement, which fail before my chest. I was thinking to pre-xhaust. My new program once a week
2 sets flys 10-15
4 sets bb flat 6-10
4 sets bb incline 6-10

Does this program sound good?
Any other programs you all may have?
 
Yup, the flies, Pec Dec, and Cables will help to pr-exhaust the pecs.

Have you ever done dips or decline bench. I believe some people respond to them more so then incline. (I do anyway)

Are you using a wide enough grip on the bar? According to ExRx, the close-grip bench press is for triceps, so maybe you should widen your grip if you haven't tried doing so yet... sorry if thi is obvious to ya! :D
 
Kanun - yeah, i'll be going wider (middle finger on the ring)
Scotty - I love dips....better than decline IMO
