I have to shave a day off of my routine. The Bicep/Ab Day. And I wanted to know if there is there any good reason why not to add the Bicep to Chest/Tri day. The reason I ask is I have had good results doing Chest/Tri days, but also good results doing a dedicated arm day (Max-OT). Any info would help a brother out.
