Ohhhh chobby, sometimes I think you are too nice/naive for this world. In America, Some women choose to have kids EXCLUSIVELY to get their hands into child support money. This mostly happens when we the male species have not mastered the art of PULLING OUT on one night stands.

There is a simple way to rectify this situation. You have one kid, fine you'll get welfare for the child, you have another and we deduct "x" amount from what your already receiving. Have a third and we'll deduct even more from the first figure you were receiving.
