Of all the years of my training Ive never heard of it until recently. Ive heard a few guyrs mention it to me while I drink my PWO shake and also on the internet recently. Now I know 2% or higher is out of the question. Id only see 1% or Skim an option.
They are saying its a good blend of casien/whey as well as high GI carbs to balance out a proper PWO spike.
Ive done PWO spikes with Malto/Dextrose 1:2 ratio protein:carbs as well as basic PWO shakes.
So whats everyones thoughts on this?
Im saying I guess it could work but I worry about the protein...milk is 80% casien and 20% whey. Id think if it were the other way around it would be better.
