Better still, try it flexed/relaxed, arms raised/down, indoors/outdoors, standing on head/not standing on head, during sex/atfter sex..............Ok, so I haven't actually tested those last 2, but I bet they would be REALLY different.Try this take a measurement with tanita, then go pee or drink a glass of water or try pre & post workout measurement.....the difference in BF % reading will blow you away.
Get a DEXA or Hydro......
