i have one vid of me doing one armed pushups at 300 pounds....can you even do that at 175? i doubt it...i only mention it cause its obvious that is the only exercise you do....once again nice meltdown and futile attempt at a comeback....i have 40 plus vids posted and you got words on a screen....impressive
