Cops Pepper spray and handcuff 2nd grader

The law is on your side, Prince. I do not doubt for one second that his mother will reap the rewards of enabling her son all these years. American justice!

Yep, see this here pretty much neutralizes the bullshit on contact, and brings the issue into a realm of reality. All of the shit talking, armchair parenting, and hypothetical situations mean nothing. In the land of the law, cops don't get to pepper spray 6 year old children. That stupid fat bitch will probably get a huge settlement, and that worthless kid will probably get a trust fund setup for his spoiled ass, so he can have a cool car when he turns 16.

All of this because of some cowboy shit for brains didn't have the common sense or decency to subdue a small child rather than fill his face with chemical mace.
Read my post above, how does the cop know the brat didn't rub feces, saliva or some other infectious substance on the sharp piece of wood? I wouldn't chance getting a staph infection or anything else just because it's a small child, the kid was going wild and anyone who has worked with or heard stories from people who worked with troubled children will know they can be more than a handful and even a danger to themselves.....

What if the cop had approached the kid and the kid had fallen on his little shiv then the cop would have been in trouble for not disabling the kid with mace or tazer, what if he had tried talking and the kid got more upset and jabbed his stick into his own jugular....it's a no-win situation that is sad but was the only way to quickly neutralize the threat of potential disastrous consequences....

If I read the article correctly, the officer DID subdue the little shit. He just didn't use the method you'd have used. ;)

I read your post manic. I didn't know what to say, because it sounded so silly. They are kids, they are all gross little booger eating snot factories. Kids have germs, but educators manage to work for most of their lives in those conditions without dying from diseases caught from feces.

I don't punch, tazor, or mace women and kids, and trust me, I have wanted to. But I don't have to, because I was blessed with arms, and they even have hands attached at the ends with these special fingers called opposable thumbs. You wouldn't believe the shit I can do with these things. I can grab stuff, namely little bratty kids, and squeeze the fuck out of them until their settle the fuck down.

If a grown man can't take a sharp stick away from a second grader without mace, I fear for the current state of law enforcement.

Those are normal children....
"Aidan is in a class for kids with behavior problems." He was already spitting, in this day with HIV, hepatitis, staph infections, etc we have to worry about body fluids, and someone waving a sharp object around no mater what age is dangerous, even in prisons the guards have to be careful of shit under fingernails and in old folks homes nurses too have to be careful cause senile patients play with their shit. Plus this kid was threatening harm to others and possibly himself while brandishing a weapon, thats grounds for concern for his and others safety above all else

Guess what folks? Tackling a child to the ground is way more dangerous than macing him. I've seen kids restrained in detention centers by grown men and it never ended well. One kid broke his jaw as the officer tackled him. Trust me, a 200 lb man forcibly tackling a 70 lb kid is going to do harm. Then the mom would have one helluva law Suit. She has nothing now. The cop did the right thing....he used a non lethal means to subdue an emotionally unstable turd child.

In his defense, turd children are always unstable. The police should have known this about the fecal minority.

Turd children turn into adults. You ever see booty Johnson in action? He would ferment his shit and piss for days then grind up broken light bulb shards inside the fecal concoction. Thrown on an officer, the immediate reaction of the officer is to wipe away the filth. Upon doing so, the shards of glass would rip the skin and allow the shit stew to enter the blood stream.

What is my point? Not sure.

Since we're all being so logical and shit, talking about police training and tactics. (For KelJu, that means how to properly use arms, hands and opposable thumbs. ;) ) Would anyone care to dazzle us with their vast knowledge of police training on the proper escallation of force and where hand-to-hand fits in?

I case anyone didn't already know, we do have one resident expert here who can verify your replies.....................or perhaps tell you you're a dumbass.

As much as I'd love to see laughing gas replace tear gas and mace or hear that the CIA is using tickle torture, I still say neutralizing the child with a little sting to the eyes is better than rough housing with him and risking bodily harm to him or the cop.....

We need better tools for dealing with out of control people, but right now thats what the cop had in his arsenal and we're lucky he didn't pull his gun and plug the kid in the shoulder or drive his cruiser through the schoolroom window Det. Riggs style in Lethal Weapon....

We have already shared many laughs together over booty johnson, remember the discussion over long range delivery of said payload?

Are you really that retarded? Chill is a fake account made by one of our newer members that clogs up threads with stupid shit. I haven't agreed with you on one damn thing since you posted here, and I don't think you should be banned. As far as the saudi fag, we have more than enough scripture quoting Islamic Fundamentalist using open chat as a gateway for their propaganda, and I consider it spam.

Actually Chill was banned as 999 and came back as Chill. He tries so hard to be negative in every post he doesn't even make sense sometimes. You can recognize the white tampon string hanging out of his ass on every piss and moan post he makes.

And any cop that has to mace an 8 year old cuz he's holding a pointy stick needs to be fired.

 the possibilities are endless for delivery methods. The elastic from a pair of trophy bvd's that he acquired during one of his rapes would work nicely as a sling shot.

Let's take a step back and look at how this situation arises. First it's the law we have to send our children to schools with strangers and the children of strangers we know nothing about. If Obama wants to shut down something it should be these public schools and give families tax returns to send their kids to private schools instead of privatizing prisons they're obviously being prepared for before the nursing homes. (Images of the Matrix come to mind.)

At the end of the day when you pay for something yourself you value it more. While Obamas at it shut down the welfare system so these parasites stop breeding. Hey if someones friends and family won't help a mother take care of a baby why should taxpayers. Hell if she can't afford it charge her with endangering the welfare of a child, draft her, and put the kid in a state custody until a qualified family member stands up for them.

it's odd this kid only acts violent at school. something not right about that.

No, it would absolutely NOT be different. Like I said before; many MANY times firearms have been determined to be an appropriate response to a person weilding a knife. If you're even remotely serious about this subject you should do some research.

It's proven that a person with a knife within 22 feet can close the distance and stab you before you even get a chance to shoot. A knife is the MOST dangerous weapon a cop can face!

yes, its very dangerous when an 8 year old second grader has a wooden knife, he could easily throw it at the cop. :coffee:

what about a chubby 8 yr old with a stick?

It sounds to me that he gets his way at home, but when forced to not get his way at school,(as he himself stated was his problem) he gets angry which he himself said he needs to work on....

All I'm stating is a fact. None of us know all the details of what happened. But police are trained to minimize harm to themselves and suspects. It's up to others to determine if anything was criminally wrong. Even though some may see it as excessive force, can you think of a situation where the potential harm to both would have been better? The effect of pepper spray wears off in 10 minutes or so. The effects of tasers end immediately and probably would have been more appropriate......just hurts like shit while it is being deployed.

I understand that. But it did pose a unknown risk to the officer. Just asking, would you rather him manhandle or tackle and disarm the child and potentially risk hurting him? The cop was trying to take the option of least amount of physical contact. Agree or not, that is how most are trained. So IMO, he was doing what he was trained to do. If that is wrong, then training needs to change.

That's good thinking. Now rap one of his rape victims ripped out colon around the basketball hoop post till it hardens in the sun. Now you have a prison bazooka

Yes, that makes perfect sense and we were not there to know exactly what transpired.

It just sounds silly that a male cop cannot handle an 8 year old without pepper spray. I am just thinking of my little relatives and their size, and it would be so easy for me to restrain and cuff them. And I assume there were two officers on the scene (there usually are, right?), which would have made it even easier.

Either way I think the parents will sue and most likely win, just my opinion.

Unfortunately this is not used often, or soon enough, instead these killers sit on death row for 10+ years wasting our tax dollars.

the mom was on the way there. the area should have been cleared leaving just the child and one officer and the cop may have been able to diffuse the situation just by making the child feel heard. it goes a long way with a kid just to say "i understand how you're feeling" or "i would be upset if that happened to me too."

we do not know the whole story. maybe a teacher was touching him, maybe bullying was being allowed to go on unchecked. there's another video right near that one of a teacher beating the crap out of a kid.

"I was rowdy on the bus...They didn't let me do something I wanted to do...."

When he got to school they put him in timeout(in a corner)...

Seems to me he isn't used to being disciplined...
