What do add to it to make it taste better?

Yogurt, SF jam, (if your diet allows for those), 1/2 scoop strawberry protein powder, chopped apples, blueberries...or you could just suck it up...it's good for you :D ;)

I used to add 8oz of yogurt to I think every 16oz of Cottage Cheese, although thats probably not recommended with the sugar and all :(

Thanks , My deit consist of 3 cups a day. I'll try your ideas.

Natty pb and sugar free jam taste friggin great with cottage cheese.
or
cottage cheese and Fiber One cereal taste pretty good as well.

you can blend cottage cheese with a little water and 1 tbs of sf pudding mix its rea good

Oh and
cottage cheese, chocolate whey and natty pb in a blender is good as well.
Great for a before bed time meal.

DPW8-
BF is insisting cottage cheese is a good protein source. Is it because of the 4g Sugar per serving that I can't have any on a cut?
Just wondering .
Thanks:D

It IS an excellent source of protein, although not enough per serving to make a complete meal...but it does come w/ lactose :D
