Safely 1 to 2 but when I started my diet program I would do a 10 day stict diet and I lost 8 pounds in 10 days and a friend of mine lost 10 pounds in 10 days. But I dont think that is very safe and you probaly would lose muscle too (I think and you guys know what happens when I do that lol.)
