Creatine..... before and after, or all at once!?

Hey,
I am about to start a cycle of Vitargo CGL, and I have heard some mixed reviews with what to do with it.

It has 10g of creatine.
Should I go all before, half before and half after, or all after?
I'm trying to get stronger, and I could care less for looks in the gym with poppin veins..... doesn't concern me as long as I can get stronger.

Go with the full serving at the end of your workout. About 30 mins before your workout, eat a couple (or 3. maybe 4 depending on the brand, the quaker ones suck) rice cakes and a scoop of whey protein. directly after your workout, take the vitargo cgl, then, 20-25 mins later, another scoop of whey.

Most of these other guys have just knocked on me, so I'm outta here before I start going crazy.

I take half pre, and half post. I just have always done it like this.
 
I also take half pre-workout and half post-workout, both times with dextrose.
 
either full serving PWO or 1/2 pre and the other 1/2 after. both will yield the same results
 
I read an article by the guy who did some of the first studies on creatine. his advise was to take less than a gram at the time, any more and you just piss it out. I've been taking cre mono at .8g 5 times a day and getting the same results as when I took 5g twice a day. will have to dig the article out for you.
