Im thinking of using creatine next month as a supplement.I used it before and it was pretty beneficial.Anyway there isnt alot of info about it over here and in fact some gym instructors told me not to use it because to little is known about its side effects.So could someone fill me in if ya know a thing or 2 about it or if your frequent users of it.Also, how should ya "portion" it out(ie.take it for 6weeks then take a couple of weeks off)?
