Heya fellas. (and ladies! Can't forget Built and Sassy!) Im back. I got laid off last Oct thanks to our executive in chief, and have spent the last 9 months wallowing in self pity. Well not really, but I haven't lifted, and ate everything that couldn't outrun me, so I put on 20lbs. Ugh. After all that work last year!

Oh well, back at it. Im back on the site. This place always kept me motivated, so I will be back to regular posting.

Kicked off a 2 week PSMF yesterday to try to knock some of this off fast, and I will log it here a bit. I am off to school (taking advantage of the layoff to finally go for my degree), but I will be back later with stats and such.

Yeah man, can't wait to get back on the sexy-pony. Trying to drop some BF% fast so I can run a cycle and get it back before my bachelor party!
