Excellent. Are you losing weight on these calories?
Weighed myself this morning as i do every morning, and I was at 312, like I said, I literally just started the plan on Monday, I know you always weigh less in the morning, so I really cant be certain to say that I am losing any weight so far.....
Did your nutritionist tell you this?
As far the metabolism "jitter" no, thats what I have always read and heard from others.....
Regardless, it isn't true. Meal frequency has no bearing on your metabolic rate. You may find you feel fuller if you eat less frequently. Try spreading your meals across three or four meals instead of six tiny meals. You may be pleasantly surprised.![]()
Excuse my ignorance, are you suggesting that I try combing these 6 meals into 4 meals keeping the same macros, or drop 2-3 meals?
