Alright at the moment my goal is to cut as much fat as i can. Im 6 feet tall at 15% body fat and would like to get down to 10%. As my diet goes it varies each day because of my busy schedule with school and work. On average i eat 2200 cals a day, 180g of protien and anywhere from 80-90g of fat. My training schedule is as followed

chest/tri's
back/bi's
legs

break

abs shoulders

All work outs are followed by about 25-30 minutes of cardio

hope this answered your questions built

Much better. How much of a deficit are you running (ie - what is maintenance for you) and what do you do for your lifting?

PS thank you for reading my post and responding!

I eat roughly 2100 calories a day and i posted my lifting schedule in my previous post

She is asking for your maintenance which is very important. This is what it takes for you to stay stable at a given weight. You could be under or over deficit. Did you try to get your maintenance before deciding to cut? Well I guess not....?
