Hey everyone, I'm looking to cut roughly 10-15 pounds within the next few months and I've came up with a diet. Tell me what you think
Breakfast 7am
4 Egg white/1 whole egg omelette, 1/2 cup peppers and 1 slice whole weat bread with a little butter (27g protein, 292 calories)
Morning Snack 9:30
No-Fat yogurt with 1 cup strawberries (9g protein, 221 calories)
Lunch
1 Whole Grain pita 3oz White turkey meat, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 2 tbs hot sauce (32g protein, 320 calories)
Afternoon snack
Protien Shake (35g protein, 150 calories)
Dinner
4oz chicken, 1 cup mushrooms, 1 cup raw broccoli (40g protein 400 calories)
Before Bed Snack
1 cup no fat cottage cheese with 2 tsp cinnamon (25g protein, 140 calories)
Total protein - 168
Total Calories - 1520
