Hey guys, for the very first time I have put my pictures up. I was wondering if you guys could comment on a few things such as:

1. what you think my body fat is
2. what body parts i should work on
3. what body parts you would consider well developed
4. what other poses i should put in
5... any other constructive criticism would be great.

Arms are looking good pectorals could maybe do with a bit of work

1. no idea, i'm guessing around 15-20%
2. all of em!
3. arms are your best part IMO
4. anything arnie dose looks hot
5. most guys will probably say put bulk on... i'd say lean up 1st.. get a 6-pack, get cuts, get your BF down to around 10% so your real lean (you'll also look bigger if you do this), then give yourself about 8-10 months of solid bulking... i prefer this more gradual approach i think it leads to a better year round physique rather than being chubby half the year and only lean when your cut (plus you won't have as much fat to cut when you do cut, so you have a better chance of retaining muscle), thats just my stance on things

peace

Awesome man, thanks a lot! I think it's only because of the low amount of fat on my legs so there's more definition. I only squat 2 plates about 8 reps on my first set. Thanks a lot, i always thought my biceps were lacking big time for some reason. They grow slower than all my other body parts but I've been prioritizing them and also the muscles around them (brachialis, brachioradialis)

Thanks, about the arms, my triceps grow really easily so that's one of my gifts from god, but then he balanced it out by slowing my Biceps  And I also agree with the pectorals, they need some help. They should come back quicker though, I am actually benching about 25 pounds lower than what I was able to do a year ago.

Hey thanks, but I think I am more close to 11%, as I did a 5 point caliper test and it said I was 8%. I then stood on a Tanita bodyfat scale and it said I was 6.7%.
I also agree with the cutting. It is my goal to own a full fledged 6 pack!! I'm so friggin happy that someone finally sees that getting real lean first is a good approach. And again, another arm compliment... Thanks man!!!!

1. i'd say around 10%
2. all
3. Most def. your legs, and i'd say your delts are 2nd best
4. get the basics down first
5. coming along nicely, bro. to get big, you just gotta EAT EAT EAT. and of course, maintain a heavy dose of the iron diet ;)

Keep Pumpin',
FLEX

Hey, this is awesome. I love getting feedback!!! I had no clue that my legs were a strong point. As for the delts, they grow so easily so for the past year I haven't worked them out very vigorously. I just do some lateral raises and have just started doing deltoid endurance exercises. The front delts probably get a workout from bench presses.

As for what body part I should work on, what i mean is,
what body part should I focus on to improve the proportions?

1 . I would guess 12 to 18%
2 . Always work on them all
3 . I think your upper back
4 . whatever works best
5 . You are on the right track by staying slim while gaining muscle. A lot of people will say bulk up, but then you are going to get a gut. Most of the time just bodybuilders that use steriods can get fat and then shed the weight off with a lot of muscle. Not all, but most are. There are a few genetic gifted people out there that can without roids, but not too many.

1. I would say 10% +/- 2%.
2. Chest and triceps
3. You have a nice lat spread, and your back is pretty well defined.
4. You've got a nice selection already.
5. You're plenty lean. Work on gaining size. As well, it seems to me like your "pull" muscles are better developed than your "push" muscles for the most part. Keep that in mind when designing your next training routine.

Agreed...took the words right out of my mouth. :thumb:

It's really weird that you say that my triceps are one of my weaknesses. I always thought my triceps were out of control so I stopped working them out for a year and have re-incorporated them into my workout about a month ago. As for chest, it is very evident in the pictures that I have to work on them, especially the upper portion.

As for my back definition, it's kind of weird I guess because I never really focused much on my back. It's probably because I never really knew what exercises to do for back so I just did every type in a workout (volume, high weight, shocking methods, dropsets) and now I have a back yippee. Oh and weird thing is I barely work on my pullups, only chinups. I don't want to grow so wide it's out of proportion with my height. My pulling muscles might also have gotten stronger because I do a sport that requires the same motion as canoeing.
Thanks a lot for the input!!

Comon every1 keep throwing comments at me! i'm luvin em

You're a bit small so try upping your calories some. You've got great definition due to how small you are, but you won't be winning any competitions at your size (not that that's your goal or anything).

If you can gain some size you'll be heading in the right direction. Nice pictures!

How tall are you? You could still use some width and add some size to them wings of yours. Don't be to worried about getting to wide...cause your never to wide LOL.

10, possibly up to 12% is my guess.

Hehehe hey I am 5'8. I am pretty hardcore when I workout but I find there is a limit to how big I want to be. I see bodybuilding as sculpting a nice looking physique, not just stacking on as much muscle mass as possible.

Get Cut man. You're pretty lean already so a good cut will get those abs showing in no time. Then once you got them, if that's your goal, bulk up and use them as a barometer so to speak. If they start to disappear get cut again. I agree with with the young don, you want to look good all year round!

Work on you pecs, you need to figure why you're benching less these days though!!!

Great pics, big up

Respect to all!!!!!:lifter:

You got awesome traps and your legs look very solid. You desperately need some man-titties though, and your lats could use lots more development. Nice front delts too, dude. Again, man-titties...priority #1.

AIGHT MAN TITTIES COMING UP!

I also really like the idea of getting cut up and then using that as a measure of how much fat I am putting on. Since I'll be really cut up, any fat put on during my bulk will be more noticeable and I'll react accordingly.

You have no need to cut. You are plenty lean. You need to gain mass.

I'm not the expert here ... Mudge, Robert, Lam, and a million other members are. I have to say though that you should not worry at all about BF right now. Like Flex said EAT EAT EAT as you keep up the iron diet (liked that one Flex) but forget about BF at the moment. You may be %10 but not over. Just eat and lift. Better than me will be around and tell you in more detail what and how often, and you should do some searches here on diet after you have read the stickies. You are off to a great start ... just keep it up!!

1. what you think my body fat is %10 max
2. what body parts i should work on Back and shoulders
3. what body parts you would consider well developed Legs

Yea, and then end up fat like most people do. The weight gain will come with age. Just focus on eating right, and your workout plan. The rest will come with time. The idea is to have a V taper shape. Hard to do with a round gut.

definately lower than 15-20%

i don't know man, you look pretty decent to me... i don't know too many ladies that would be complaining about that bod! i guess it depends how serious you take BB though...

staying lean is my main goal, as I am also participating in an online cutting contest.
