I am no expert but I have lost 62 pounds in the last 2 years. Its hard to answer you without knowing your current stats and your goal. There are much butter ways to eat than what you listed, I doubt you can last long on eating such tasteless food.
You can make some delicious food and still lose a shit load of weight!

right now Im 5'10 180lbs around 12ish percent body fat

trying to cut to about 8-10 percent before summer.

Lot of shakes in there. I'd replace whey with food where you can.

There's also a decent amount of carbs in there -- oatmeal, waxy, rice, banana. Not saying you can't cut with carbs in there, but going from lean (where you are now) to super lean (8-10%) usually requires more drastic measures to get rid of stubborn fat.

What is your average daily deficit? Weekly?

I am afraid I can't help you here I am 5'9" and yet to get to your level of lean, still though there are better meals than those you listed and I think like Kyoune1e said, that is way too many shakes, all the shakes i have bought or seen the labels on them state clearly they are not meal replacements and should not be used for weight control.
Hard to stick it when the food tates like cardboard, only reason I have been able to stick to my diet for last almost 5 months is I eat regular food but I weigh everything and learned how to control my daily calories.

i do use spices and sauces to help make the food more tasty and the shakes i like to include so i can get over 200 grams of protein even on a bad day. I am also supplementing with ON Opti Men multi-v, creatine mono 7.5 grams a day to maintain strength and Animal Cuts

As for calculating caloric deficit its about 300 a day so 2100 a week

I think you need a deficit of 3000 a week to lose a pound a week.

I have a friend that is doing the keto died and he has started losing a considerable amount of fat. It works but you will be hungry all the time

Hungry all the time in keto? Seriously? It blunts hunger for most people.

To the OP - your cutting diet would make me miserable. Too much carb, nowhere near enough fat.

It'll work if you can stick to it though. How's your training?
