I guess ill highlight the important days or highlights of my cycle as i go since i always seemed to forget last cycle.

Day 1

.83ml Sust 270 (about 675mg a week up from 400mg of Test E first cycle)
50mg Dbol 1.5 hours before work out
12.5mg Exemestane (half a tablet)
(2) Liv. 52

Did Biceps and Triceps and I already felt a nice little aggression and pump from the Dbol but I also sweat a crap ton more during my work out. I wouldn't say I already felt strength increase from the Dbol but being happy im finally on and have my stuff with a lifted mood may have just made it easier to tap what I already have that I lost when my best friend died when my last cycle ended. Overall i lifted slighty more with much less of a break between sets. On abs I felt winded after 1 set which is a first since i usually do 3-4 sets and quit from sweat and boredom not being winded so ill have to work on that.
 
I hit a nerve on Friday had to take off 3 days being that I couldn't walk at all. At first I thought it was because I mixed in some Test E with my Sust but after looking a bunch of stuff up I definitely nailed a nerve dead on and straight through it. It would be day 7 now i did my 4th Pin and only the 3rd one left me with pain so i know its not the shot or oil itself. I already gained 5 lbs before I hit my nerve thanks to Dbol and no bloating thanks to the Exemestane. Hunger is furiously awesome so I know im not taking too much Dbol (50mg 1.5 hours before work out and again when i wake up the next day). Pretty much no complaints and im slowly rolling into what i hope will be a 30lb gaining Cycle keeping i hope 20. I kept 17 of the 22 last cycle so i have high hopes.
 
thats rough man did you go quad or glute? thats one of my biggest concerns with pinning, im afraid ill hit a vein/nerve and not be able to walk

Yea all I can say is thank you heated massager lol. So its been 1 week and 2 days 5 pins and 10 dbol and I've went from 165 to 171. More gains than I have seen in 4 months of off cycle lifting, most likely because I no longer have a gym partner to go as hard as I used to. Im very satisfied so far and i love how my abs start gaining good shape again soon as anything starts kicking in but the pumps make doing abs a bitch. I had to stretch backwards over my the side of my truck bed to stretch them out twice now. Its the hurts so good kinda pain though, know what I'm saying.

You should split the dbol up. 25mg in the AM 25mg in the PM. The half life isn't that long.

Its been 2 weeks now im going on the third and im up from 165 to 176lbs everything is going amazing im already hitting PR's on squat and some shoulder work outs and i am sure so much more is to come. Im not really worried about stable blood levels of the Dbol because my results are already pretty sick and im not going to change something that is working so well and my nutritionist suggested i do it this way since honestly studies have shown no difference in overall gains other than taking it all prior to a work out you will feel more intensity/aggression. Only side is oily face which is just an annoyance not really an issue.

This just in my Biceps/Triceps are almost up a full inch already! Doing chest Friday night and I am ready to see my gradual progression to 275 from 200 beginning now! lol IT WILL HAPPEN. I got this!

Benched 215 last night and if this keeps up i think 275 is very attainable in the next 9 weeks im on and the 1-3 weeks it lasts in my system.

My diet is 7oz of chicken every 2 hours with some red meat mixed in once a day. 1 cup of oatmeal every 2 hours 14 almonds 8oz of 100% white grape juice 30min before all meals. Then my Intek Protein and Carbomax Carb powder and some sweet ass Prework out shit that gets ur heart a going real good. Fruits and veggies randomly throughout the day. Its a little less on nonworkout days till i work my way up getting used to that much. Ran outta crill oil and multi vitamin so if i get sick i swear to god!
 
Man i totally hit a nerve in my other quad now. Just sore this time not debilitating... until yesterday where i hit another one in the same leg! Man this cycle is giving me all sorts of hell! Friday i deadlifted 275 a new PR i did it one time twice. Weight is stuck at 177ish but i ran out of chicken and red meat for a couple days then ran out of protein and now ran out of Carbomax. Being tight on money without a job is just one fucking bitch after the other.

Quick Update. Dead lift 3 reps 300 Bench 3 reps 225. Moving on up chyea. Up to 185ish, 20lbs already
 
I noticed it hurt more on my quads 2 times then after that my muscles must have been used to it as it didn't hurt much. I'm a poof as i use dr numb gel on it for an hour beforehand :p I did hit a nerve and it hurt for days the needle also came shooting out when i struck the nerve, automatic reaction I'm guessing.
 
i only inject into my delts. ive done glutes before but i cramp up trying to twist around like that. ive found that my delts are always painless and SO much easier to inject into.

I do both delts and glutes, but yes, dedlts are painless.
 
So i finished Dbol a few days ago and i went slight backwards on bench but caught back up i also lost 5 pounds and dropped from almost 187 down to 181 in like 2 days. I hope this is just temp and it starts going up again because my goal is still bench 275 and i have like 5 weeks left of injecting and maybe 1-2 weeks of lasting effects. Grrr I only went up to 305 on deadlift and almost hit 245 on bench, but i did 270 on the rack squat 3-5 times i forget... kills my back i need a belt before i do dead lift or squat more

Yeah man, get a belt, you gotta be careful with back injuries.
 
Thanks guys, it sucks im still the smallest of all my friends i might be stronger than some but my chest and arms get stronger more than they get bigger ha. Guess ill take stronger over bigger... for now at least. Next cycle, starting in December I think, im going with Sust still and Winny with a possibility for Tren Ace but wasnt sure if taking tren ace 3 times a week is enough. It says every day but what if u take 200 every other day? MWF? Anyone have any thoughts on this please fill me in. Id do Tren E but i hear people saying if u get a side u notice late and it takes awhile to go away. I havent seen a side effect for any cycle yet tho. Finally saw some zits on my face but only the last week of Dbol and only like 3 zits.

and with my delts i dont have to jab the needle in. i place it on my skin apply a lil pressure and it sinks in like butter. wouldnt even be able to tell its going in if you didnt see the syringe moving in closer. no pain at all. i admit im afraid to just stick myself with a needle. cant get any easier than injecting in delts.
 
It goes in like butter in my quads ive never had a single issue at all other than hitting a nerve. I do inside outside inside outside. Im good for eod now
 
how long have you been training? No offense, but before you even start planning another cycle, you should take a look at your diet and training. Seems like you still have a lot of room to grow.

Tren ace should be pinned everyday in order to maintain steady blood levels
