Hey guys just wondering what the best way to take my d-bol is? Ive heard that taking the entire dosage before a workout is good, but some people say it is better to split up the dosage throughout the day. Which do you guys think is better?

Consider that the half life is between 4-5 hours. I take 10mgs every 4 hours Im awake.
The typical pre-workout boosters would be Halotestin, Cheque Drops and/or Testosterone Suspension. My friend takes Dbol before his semi-pro football games and "thinks" he's getting a boost but it's the placebo effect for sure IMO. I don't even go to the store for milk w/out my next Dbol dose in my pocket just in case shit happens. I want the peace of mind knowing that I won't miss my next scheduled dose. Maybe it's just my OCD when it comes to aas.
