Well, I am new to the dating scene. I am a shy person, but for the most part if I see someone I am interested in i go for it. But is that being too forward, should I just be old-fashioned about it and let the guy ask me out? I am clueless??

Take it on a person-by-person basis. See what would work. Why should there be "set rules"?

If you find someone attractice, say so. Or let them say so. Both can take the initiative. Sometimes it is very hard to meet people. I say make it easier. If you find you do not want to persue it then move on.

It is good to meet people. Anyone should take the initiative. After all, when you (meaning anyone too) hit it off it is worth the "risk" - take the plunge.

Here at The Meadows Retirement Home and Car Wash we have tons of fun. Monday's we all get together and knit little carry bags for our medication. Tuesday's are our workout nights where we really use a lot of plates. Well, they're actually denture plates. We throw all our fake teeth on a pile and then dive in to see who can find theirs the fastest. It's a hell of a workout. Wednesdays are movie nights. They show all the latest releases. Rumor has it next week's feature is actually gonna be a talkie. Thursday's are....................are...............I'm sorry. I'll have to finish this later. It's my nap time now.
