Dbol and then?

Hey guys looking for advice. 3 week in on dbol and my buyer is asking what I want. I was thinking either Test and Tren or Deca for my joints. Not sure. Looking to cut down on the water weight I gained from Dbol. Please help seeing as time is of the essence.

You should have considered the water weight PRIOR to beginning Dbol. That's rule # 1. Neither Tren nor Deca is for everyone. It might not be best for you. People add Proviron to help mini mize water weight with D-bol only cycles like yours. However; it is not recommended to do Dbol alone anyway. First timers typically stack 400-500mg of Test E or C EW for Weeks 1-10 or 12 along with 30-40mgs of Dbol ED for Weeks 1-4. Either Proviron and/or an AI such as Arimidex would be taken concurrent to combat water retention. Proviron 25mg ED and/or Adex 0.5mg EOD throughout cycle. If you're a first timer, stay away from Deca and Tren. If you're under 24yoa, you shouldn't be messing with aas.

Hey CT , I did it too once. Many moons ago when I thought I knew what I was doing. Good gains but man oh man did I deflate when I came off it. Live and learn!

Remember the more you do at first the more you will have to do when you do future cycles. Keep it simple. Since you did dbol alone I would recommend to do test prop so you continue to notice the effects of the gear in your cycle.

Proviron does nothing for water weight and is not strong enough to use as a stand alone A/I.

I beg to differ. I've always used Proviron as a stand alone AI even though its' not a traditional AI and it's kept me lean and hard. The big difference is when I don't add it, I get quite bloated. Maybe I'm just different.

Yep, everyone is different. I am taking 2.5 mg of letro daily and my estradiol is at 49pmol/L.

But a common belief among thread parrots is that letro crushes 98% of your estradiol.

Yeah, go figure that one out. 2 + 2 doesn't always equal 4, I guess.

...And clean up your diet and drink more water. Maybe it is just me, but I hardly bloat at all on d-bol. I keep my sodium intake low and drink close to 2 gal of H2O/day. Cardio will also help.
 
Hey guys thanks for the advice. What I mean by bloat is that my snake veins are hiding under my skin. Subcutaneous I believe. I did Dbol as a stand alone to see how my body responded. And I blew up like a balloon. As far as worring about losing my gains, well it's relative. My bench went up 20 lbs among other great gains. I just Need to cut down on this water and get my vascularity back.
Again I waited last minute because I wanted to see how my body reacted on a Dbol only cycle and now it looks like I might go with a Test P for 12 weeks. Should I scrap the Dbol at this point? or take a lower dosage of 40 mgs throughout the rest of my cycle.
