I am new at this, but i dont need any comments like people calling me a puss because even though im new i am experienced in many other supps that have been sucessful but im ready for the next level and im just looking for advice...

im 19 years old
ive been lifting on 6 months off 6 months for 5 years which means i gain and loose size but i keep most of my strenght
i only weigh 155 now but when i was doing the simple cell-tech and animal pack test booster i went up too 185 pounds
my bench max at that point was 300 and now ive dropped to 270 after the 6 off

my goal is not to be a roid junky, my goal is to get my body where i want it with strenght and with size as quick as possible and get off this stuff and keep myself there naturally or with the help of GNC...

any suggestions would be helpful
 
I know that this is not what you want to hear, but you are both too young and too light in weight to start using AAS. I don't think anyone will disagree on these points.

It's nice to see you with goals, but I don't think you will get the info that you want.

Steroids are in the most basic sense sythetic testosterone. Usually prior to the age of 23-25 your own natural testosterone is pumping like crazy. Taking synthetics will result in your body shutting down its natural Test production in favor of using the synthetic. In essence, you would be shutting down your own test to use fake test.

All of the health benifits/detriments aside, it is simply pointless for someone your age to use them. Just continue to lift, sleep and eat, and you will grow very quickly. I made the best gains of my life at your age, and you will get the same info from just about anyone on here. You can get HUGE just naturally right now.

Train natural until 25ish, and then cycle if you want more.

P.S. Dbol only cycles are generally considered to be a bad idea without a test base, so even if you were in the right age category, this would still be a no no.

P.P.S. I see that you are 5'9". You may yet get a little taller. However, if you use AAS your growth plates will close and you will not gain any more height.

P.P.S.S. (irritating yet?) Victor is one of the most knowledgeable people in AAS that I have met, and heeding his advice would behoove you greatly.
 
alright alright, im takin this in and am glad ur willing to share without saying im a rookie,, but my goal is to get big and big fast which is what AAS seems to be.. If i could use GNC or bodybuilding.com to get the same results at my age in a couple of months instead of a year then i would be more than willing to do so but i just dont know what to cycle as far as the "Natural" to get these results

1. It appears you have some impressive lifts naturally.
2. Are you aware of how much Test you are produce'n at your age, Stagger'n amounts
3. I don't understand your 6 month on , 6 month off, The logic escapes me or maybe it's just over my head.
4. If you were have'n success like you've described why not continue that protocol for an entire year and see if you can maintain your gains.
5. Have you REALLY looked at your diet and tweaked it to work for you, it sounds like that maybe somethin that could be worked on.
6. D bol is kinda harsh for a first run
7. D bol I think is a poor choice for a stand alone cycle, you'd need some ester of Testosterone or you'd be waste'n time and money.
8. Contrary to what you may believe, GNC may be where you need to be at this point.
9. There are things you need to know about AI's, SERMs, and basic info about the compounds you are take'n and how you will recover after this is over, which BTW will remind you quite a bit of your earlier experiences because of the water retention cause by D bol you gonna lose a good 40% minimum of what you gained not to mention stress on liver.
10. Do you have a liver protectant planned ?
11. Do you know and understand PCT ?

Most of us " ROID JUNKIES " Know and understand all the above. We also as an observation of your post would suggest you wait and let yourself develop a bit more do some research and plan a cycle that would be safe and produce the gains you are look'n for. But what do I know. I'm just one of those "Roid Junkies" .

The truth is, you will get the same results from lifting on or off AAS right now.

If you want REALLY fast results, (and I know you will not like this) start with your diet. Keep in mind that you already have massive amounts of test so taking AAS will literally accomplish nothing more. You are already in a very very anabolic state, now you just need to take advantage of it.

In the simplest terms, on or off AAS, there are 3 simple rules to follow to gain size:

1. Eat
2. Train
3. Sleep

I know that you are thinking that is too simple, but it is honestly the truth. With the amount of test you have floating around, if you aren't gaining (fast as hell too) then the problem lies in one of these 3 areas.

Post up some info about your program and the diet you are currently following. Break the diet down into grams of protein/fat/carbs as well as calories. I know that this is a pain in the ass, but if you do it, the vets here will be more likely to help you, and if you listen to them, I promise you that you will get those results that you are looking for.

I am absolutely no expert, and hopefully some of the vets will chime in since you dont seem like the average dumbass 19 year old.

The last thing I will say is to reiterate to you that taking AAS is just pointless right now at your age. I am not harping on you or anything, it is just a waste of money. You will not have any advantage on them as you do right now off them. You are already ON AAS, it just happens to be natures AAS.

Best advice, Dont.

You dont need our opinion, or for us to tell you what to do. Educate yourself on Steroids.

The shit you buy off bodybuiling or GNC are nothing compare to what AAS will do to you. Its not a joke, big responsibility.

Wait a couple years.

I got friends your size who have put on 20lbs with in a couple months, just with heavy lifting, good clean diet, they used a weight gainer for between meals, used creatine also.

You can deff get big faster if you do the simple rules. Eat, train, rest, plus use some good supps. none of that shit saying gain a million times more muslce using 3 scoops of this.

Once you have done that and you see some gains come, keep going, up your food intake and keep going before you know it you'll be nearing the 200 all natural, then if you want to you can do a juice cycle, and just think how much better you'd like it because you'll be 200 natural and then using juice to get even bigger ;)

You have had some really good advice from some of the best on this board and I know you want to be bigger, we all do. You asked about some supps that may be able to help well I have a idea for you. I buy a ton of stuff from pro-source and they have all the brands you are familiar with like gaspari, twin leb, etc. Anyway...One thing that I am doing again since I had good results with it in the past. My PCT will start in three more days and then during that period I will be taking andro-test extreme along with ZMA. These are natural products and you can read all about them first before making a decision. The andro-test is a testosterone booster the ZMA is basically magnesium and zinc and the two work really well together. Last time I did this combo it helped me to retain size and with strength and agression in the gym. Some exellant protein in the mix twice per day and a good post workout protein drink emmedietly after your workouts and increase your calories you should do well. Another thing I would like to add is like one of the posters said dont stop you'r workouts at 6 mo's. You need to be in the gym religously day in and day out. Hope this helps.

protein. (if its a weight gainer look for one thats carbs are not from sugar)

BCAA and EAA.

Vitamins

Creatine

Vitargo. (pure vitargo not the mixed up stuff from nutrex if its still around).

Stick with those and you'll be right, oh and FOOD good food.

By all means if you like use a NO2 product for more of a boost at the gym also if you like.

The best advise I can give you is to begin learning from the sticky's in the training forum. There are some guys there with amazing advise and great understanding of HOW TO train.

At 18, I was benching over 400lbs and during my football test for college I powersquated a single rep at 500. After loosing my scholarship due to being a fucken asshole my senior year, I took time, got a job, put in my 2 years for my degree and got a shot at a pro tryout. Naturally my bench was over 500 and squat was over 600 still running a 4.6 40 at 262lbs. What was I doing, eating everything in site and performing the compound lifts under a strict routine.

Point of this story is from 16-25 your body is "overproducing" test, you dont need to, or want to, shut down your body's production to shoot test and oil into your body. Get yourself eating 4500 calories a day (a lot of pasta, beef and chicken), get onto a PRRS or 5x5 routine and learn how to properly perform your basic compound exercises (Squats, Deadlifts, Bench press, Cleans, Pull ups, ect) and you will GROW LIKE A WEED!!!! Youtube is your friend, you will find the proper way to perform all of these exercises there if you dont already know how to do them.

Just my 2 cents on 19 year old's wanting to take gear....

i say listen to these guys, i nearly made the same mistake of turning to steroids at 20 years of age but alot of these guys talked me out of it an im glad they did. i've done alot of research about lifting weights, diet an recovery an i've made some good gains since then im now 21 at 210 pounds natrualy an im pretty happy with that. you just gota learn stuff an find what works for you. good luck
