DEA Wants to Classify Superdrol and Prostanozol as Schedule III Anabolic Steroids
By Millard Baker ~ source

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) wants to add Superdrol (methasteron) and Prostanozol to the Controlled Substances list. They have argued that these steroid compounds meet the criteria for Schedule III Anabolic Steroids as defined by the Anabolic Steroids Control Act of 2004. The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on November 23, 2011.

The popular Superdrol and Prostanozol have been sold as “dietary supplements” for several years. They have been often marketed as “prohormones” or “pro-steroid” supplements.

Superdrol and Prostanozol are not currently legally defined as an anabolic steroids under the Controlled Substances Act. However, this never necessarily made it legal for sports nutrition companies to market and distribute these steroids as dietary supplements.

These particular steroidal compounds did not meet the definition of a dietary supplement under the Dietary Health and Supplement Education Act.

The DEA’s proposed new rule comes just after Anabolic Resources, Inc., doing business as Anabolic Xtreme, pleaded guilty to a felony charge involving Superdrol. The company admitted that Superdrol was fraudulently marketed as a dietary supplement when it was a synthetic steroid. The company was sentenced to paying a $500,000 fine.

Anabolic Resources was only one of the most recent company pursued by the federal government for illegally selling prohormone and steroidal ingredients as dietary supplements.

Numerous other supplement companies, such as Advanced Muscle Science”, “Culver Concepts”, “Bradley Asgard”, “Bjorklund”, “Axis Labs”, “IForce Nutrition” and “American Cellular Labs”, have also pleaded guilty to illegally selling steroid compounds that were really “unapproved new drugs” or “misbranded drugs”.

The DEA’s proposed rule to legally reclassify Superdrol and Prostanozol as “anabolic steroids” is yet another indicator that the federal government is serious about removing steroid compounds from the supplement marketplace.

whats the shelf life on SUPER DMZ and METHA-DROL EXTREME?

when is it on sale again, I'm gonna grab a few bottles

I doubt any SD product will be on sale now. The fucking government is going to cause the price of SD to skyrocket if they get their way.

Wait about a week or two before the bans goes into play. I am sure some companies will slash the price. Shitty thing is, because SD will be a banned substance, people trying to sell of their stash for profit AFTER the ban will be technically selling "illegal" compounds.

I doubt that but we will see.

I ain't arguing with you Heavy as I know I am probably 100% wrong. I just remember seeing this topic over at another forum and some members had said that "it" had happened before.

No one get their hopes up....stock up NOW!:pissed:

this isn't going to go through. I would wait until it hits the courts and ACTUALLY becomes illegal before buying anything. when substances like this become illegal it usually starts from a few states and then eventually becomes illegal nationwide. I wouldn't think anything of this. and the guy that got fined 500k is because he obviously added it not telling people and calling it something else.

Agreed, SD is pretty cheap as it is. There will be a feeding frenzy on all SD clones over the next few weeks. I'm already stocked for 12 cycles of it. :ohyeah:

Someone I know has about 3 bottles of SuperDrone LV :ohyeah:
Lucky bastard :shooter:

it usually goes the other way around, supplement companies will have to get rid of their stock, the retailers will buy it all up and then increase the prices because the demand will be higher than the supply. :)

If it goes thru (which I think it will) this will be at a federal level and SD will be classified as a schedule III drug. I am not trying to create hysteria, I am just passing along the word on the streets, so if it happens everyone has a chance to buy SD if they want it.

The DEA???s proposed rule to legally reclassify Superdrol and Prostanozol as ???anabolic steroids??? is yet another indicator that the federal government is serious about removing steroid compounds from the supplement marketplace.

I would bet large sums of money that this will go through at this point. Last January, if you remember, Desoxymethyltestosterone (PheraPlex), 19-nor-4,9(10)-androstadienedione (Tren/Pro-Dienolone) & Boldione (Bold), were classified as Sched. III controlled substances. This will continue a few at a time due to the way DSHEA is written. The FDA/DEA can't stop new ones from being marketed yet...

This is why I'm not a marketing or business major :roflmao::loser2:

:paddle: Like the government has nothing better to do.

Have never tried it but heard good things, though. Sucks if it gets banned was hoping to maybe try some in my next cycle.

Methylated Masteron is one of the good ones. See BALCO. On par or better than Anadrol. IML's quality is to be trusted as well. Anyone who used Powerdrol back when, ...well, bullshit comes to mind.

I haven't touched IML's version but the original Anabolic Extreme Superdrol was 100% legit. still remember thinking, "these small ass capsules are dangerous?!"
