whats up with deli meats like boars head turkey sliced and lean raost beef sliced at the deli,is that good or bad....on wheat bread with mustard?

Too much sodium and preservatives for me. Guar gum, fillers, yadi yadi yada

Mortadella?

Stay away from anything that is a composite deli meat, like mortadella, salami, etc.

These generally are way high in fat, have fillers, etc. Try lean roast beef or turkey with swiss. Swiss is one of the lower fat cheeses.

For bread, whole grain is good. None at all probably better. Without bread, though, the sandwhich gets messy.

Oh yeah, no mayo (100% fat)

I am reviving this thread!

I buy Boars Head Low Sodium turkey breast every week. Boars Head does not use preservatives or fillers in thier products. Sometimes I eat it with one piece of ww bread, sometimes just with veggies and no bread at all. It's very good. Now, I will admit that there are probably more clean, whole protien sources out there. However, if you need something convenient to eat for one of your meals a day, I personally think it's okay.

w8? gopro? DP?

If fine every now and then. But meat you prepare at home is your best bet.

I agree with Lina: Too many things I cant pronounce, much less spell. :D
