Not sure how it happened, but in certain workouts my left front shoulder hurts a little bit. Sometimes bad.
Workouts that I feel it are flat barbell bench, decline barbell bench especially. Preacher barbell curls too. I did close grip barbell bench today for my tris and the pain came again.
Also, if I bend my left arm at a 90 degree angle, palm facing the ground and place some slight pressure on the shoulder bone itself while I raise my arm, it hurts.
Obviously, I am doing some workout incorrectly and as I am learning how to become a trainer, I learned the rotator cuff is a stabilizer.
Well, in any case, should I work out the rotator cuff specifically from now on? Not sure if its too late.
