Sup guys I didnt know which forum to post in, so I put it in Supplements and in Training. Here goes.. Lately I've made some very good gains. My diet has been in order, my training has been more consistant and on track than ever before, and about 2.5 weeks ago i started taking CellTech Creatine. I was putting up on bench 275 for 4-6 reps. That was 3 weeks ago. Today I put up 275 for 9 reps. Is that mainly due to creatine? It doesnt help THAT much does it? I wanna be proud of myself for the gains, and I am, but I keep thinking its only because of the creatine. Could it be? .
